What do I need to do to move to America?

Hey, me, my fiance and baby want to move to America, Im 18, shes 19, and our son is 3 months old.
How do we go about it, I know for one person you need a visa or green card, but for a couple and child is it all on one visa.
We’ve both finished education, haven’t really got much qualifications, just C’s…. We don’t plan on moving soon properly in 5 years or so, when we’ve saved up money for a down payment for a mortgage, do either of us need more qualifications, how easy is it to get a job.
Were from England, forgot to say about that.
